Key Responsibilities

•Own commercial contracts and negotiate/manage agreements with nonprofits, fundraising platforms, DAF sponsors, and banking partners.
•Lead the compliance program with scalable policies, controls, and procedures.
•Own BSA/AML and KYC/KYB, and manage payments regulatory frameworks across banking and platform partnerships.
•Respond to regulatory inquiries and audits as the primary point of contact with banking partners and regulators.
•Advise cross-functional teams on legal risk and partner with Product and Engineering to ensure features ship compliantly.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 250,000 annually
