Global Litigation & Recoveries Counsel

Lead global debt recovery and invoice collections for World Fuel’s Land, Marine, and Aviation business groups. Serve as the primary liaison between Legal, Sales, and global Credit and Exposure Control teams, developing cost-effective recovery strategies and owning contentious matters from escalation to resolution. Manage jurisdictional and insolvency challenges, build centralized tracking and reporting, and create repeatable collections and litigation playbooks to maximize recoveries across multiple jurisdictions.
