Job Summary

Own customer success by leading Datarails product implementations end to end, from onboarding through ongoing support. Partner with CFOs, VPs, and Directors of Finance to streamline processes, optimize reporting, and unlock insights using your FP&A and financial modeling expertise. Help customers simplify and automate financial models, provide guidance on budgeting and forecasting best practices, and build durable relationships while delivering strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead customer onboarding to ensure smooth, successful implementation of the Datarails platform.
•Simplify customer financial models and integrate them into automated workflows.
•Provide expert guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting best practices.
•Deliver strategic recommendations to enhance efficiency and maximize outcomes.
•Build lasting relationships with finance professionals and provide ongoing support across the client lifecycle.

Key Requirements

•3-6 years of experience in finance or FP&A with deep knowledge of corporate finance processes.
•Native or high-level English speaker; Hebrew is a must.
•Advanced Excel expertise, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and financial modeling.
•Strong communication skills to engage C-level executives and finance leaders.
•Experience with BI tools, ERP systems, and software implementation; bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (or related field).
