Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the customer relationship and commercial outcome from signature onward, including adoption, expansion, and renewals.
  • •Support Account Executives pre-signature by scoping pilots, setting success criteria, and framing technical-commercial conversations.
  • •Run the operating rhythm across customer and Fireworks teams to ensure consistent delivery cadence.
  • •Translate customer goals into concrete deployment milestones and ensure they land.
  • •Identify and drive expansion by uncovering new workloads, teams, and use cases within existing accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •First principles and critical thinking to break down novel problems and reason to a solution without a reference implementation.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent technical depth).
  • •3+ years in roles combining technical substance with commercial ownership (deployment strategy, technical consulting, or founder/forward-deployed experience).
  • •Strong technical credibility to work with customer engineering leadership and reason about AI infrastructure tradeoffs.
  • •Ability to own outcomes over long horizons after the sale, with excellent judgment, communication, and stakeholder management.
