Key Responsibilities

  • •Process daily teller transactions, including deposits, loan payments, checks, savings withdrawals, cashier’s checks, and savings bonds.
  • •Answer client questions in person and over the telephone, and provide service for account, statement, check ordering, foreign currency exchange, referrals, and safe-deposit box procedures.
  • •Identify basic cross-sell and referral opportunities by assessing client needs, promoting services and products, and directing clients to a banker.
  • •Reconcile the cash drawer by verifying transactions, counting and packaging currency and coin, submitting excess/mutilated currency, and maintaining cash supplies.
  • •Follow bank operations and security procedures and record activities, incidents, and referrals in 360View.
