Key Responsibilities

•Provide consistently high standards of customer experience in the Store aligned with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards.
•Help the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager recruit, train, develop, and succession plan high-performing employees.
•Assist with payroll control and scheduling to maintain profitability while delivering quality service.
•Manage and communicate merchandise opportunities to Store leadership and assist with inventory control.
•Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and maintain a safe, healthy working and shopping environment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 21 - 24 hourly

Perks:Annual Bonus

Key Requirements

•1–2 years of experience in a customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear).
•Proven ability to exceed sales goals and explain complex issues to groups.
•Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
•Ability to learn quickly and use MS Office and retail software.
•Capacity to stand and move for long periods and lift/carry up to 30 pounds regularly.
