•Oversee snagging, home orientation, and handover processes, ensuring deadlines are met.
•Maintain accurate customer history and ensure all correspondence is updated in the system.
•Provide professional, timely problem resolution to achieve customer satisfaction and SLA compliance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in any field
•3+ years of progressive customer service experience
•Excellent knowledge of English language
•Strong client-facing and communication skills
•Highly organized, proactive and results oriented with a desire to succeed
