Key Responsibilities

  • •Support external client meetings with senior LCM colleagues to present financing proposals.
  • •Prepare team marketing materials (pitch-books and reports) and gather/maintain market data for pricing, structuring, and internal reporting.
  • •Assist in coordinating information packages for syndication and support syndication/co-financing management through the project cycle until closing.
  • •Help price and structure loan terms acceptable to market partners, including underwriting applications and pricing comments.
  • •Conduct research on borrowers, markets, and lenders (e.g., using Bloomberg and Dealogic) and prepare ad hoc reports and fee/pipeline reporting.
