Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop departmental plans, priorities, and resource allocation for the subcontracts discipline.
  • •Manage commercial aspects of subcontracts from inquiry through award, execution, and closeout.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional work with Legal, Project Controls, Accounting, and Engineering on subcontract terms, progress/cost forecast, payment, and technical content.
  • •Develop subcontract sourcing documentation in association with Engineering, Construction, and Project Management.
  • •Supervise teams, administer field subcontracts, negotiate change orders, prepare subcontract reports, and ensure compliance and mandatory training completion.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience (subcontracts).
  • •Minimum of 10 years of Oil & Gas experience with an EPC or Operator.
  • •Strong knowledge of subcontract policies and processes.
  • •Proven ability to develop, negotiate, and administer complex subcontracts and related policies.
  • •Excellent communication skills.
