Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop business plans, marketing strategy, and forecasts for assigned protection diode product lines.
  • •Maintain customer requirements status for existing and future products to identify and recommend marketing opportunities.
  • •Create product positioning and messaging to differentiate products, including exploring adjacent markets and customers.
  • •Plan, manage, and execute marketing activities across the new product lifecycle (pre-RTM, at RTM, post-RTM).
  • •Review competitive landscapes, build strategies to address gaps, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute launches and campaigns.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (BSEE) or related engineering degree.
  • •3+ years of relevant experience, including semiconductor industry experience.
  • •Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and manage time to deliver on time.
