Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead maintenance, engineering, and reliability teams to achieve world-class Environmental, Health & Safety performance.
  • •Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution processes to ensure efficient and effective plant operations.
  • •Develop and sustain asset reliability programs and oversee preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance strategies.
  • •Lead the Mechanical Integrity (MI) program and ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.
  • •Manage maintenance and capital expenditure budgets, contractor performance, and plant turnarounds/shutdowns while driving continuous improvement using Lean, 5S, and visual management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •5+ years of experience in maintenance, reliability, engineering, or asset management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • •Experience leading maintenance teams and managing maintenance work management processes.
  • •Unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in the United States.
  • •Ability to use maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution best practices to support plant operations.
