Maintenance and Engineering Manager

Lead maintenance, reliability engineering, and capital project activities for a manufacturing site, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations. Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, execution, asset reliability programs, and mechanical integrity compliance, while driving preventive/predictive/condition-based strategies. Manage contractor performance, MRO optimization, turnarounds and major maintenance projects, and monitor maintenance KPIs and budgets. Mentor a high-performing team and advance continuous improvement using Lean, 5S, and visual management.
