Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and compare TrueCapture field measured gains against quoted and modeled gains, investigating and resolving discrepancies to ensure accurate customer results.
  • •Communicate evaluation processes and findings to customers, managing schedules and reporting requirements to maintain satisfaction and transparency.
  • •Refine analysis methods, data cleaning, and automation to scale calculation of TrueCapture measured gains.
  • •Monitor site performance during field tests to ensure high-quality data collection for analysis.
  • •Analyze solar resource, production, and operational data to generate actionable reports and diagnose operational issues in collaboration with technical services.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Accounting, Engineering, Statistics, or related disciplines.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in performance engineering, data science, or analytics.
  • •Minimum 1 year of solar domain experience, preferably including performance modeling and/or data analysis of utility-scale solar power plants.
  • •Experience with utility-scale solar plant operational aspects including O&M, performance reporting, metrics, and analysis of operational time series data.
  • •Customer-facing experience with exceptional communication skills to engage clients, present findings, manage expectations, and resolve queries.
