Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure accurate capacity modeling through periodic audits and validation of workstation performance, capital asset utilization (CAU), and cycle time using static and dynamic models.
  • •Position tool capacity to meet output requirements, review modeling accuracy, and prevent surprises after IE bottom-up estimation.
  • •Develop tool productivity algorithms using tool motion study and CEID data analysis, and perform scenario analysis to understand impacts from output changes.
  • •Analyze Plan-to-Actual performance with APTD, PDE, and APE using statistical methodology and propose mitigation plans to close gaps.
  • •Lead continuous improvement (CIP) projects to optimize workflow and capacity management, partnering with ATCP to close workstation performance gaps against external benchmarks.

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree with an industrial engineering background.
