Key Responsibilities

•Own paid social end-to-end: run paid social on LinkedIn, Meta, X, and emerging platforms from creative brief through launch, optimization, and reporting.
•Stand up and scale a paid social motion in EMEA, adapting targeting, creative, and budget pacing to local buying behavior, currencies, and compliance requirements.
•Partner with EMEA sales leadership to align spend allocation with actual pipeline opportunity by market and segment.
•Build and own an attribution story connecting paid social spend to pipeline and revenue by market and channel.
•Run structured experiments across creative, audiences, and channels, turning results into repeatable playbooks; flex into adjacent demand gen (ABM, landing pages, email) as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years in performance marketing with a specialization in paid social (LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, TikTok or similar), not search.
•Managed paid social budgets at six-figure+ monthly spend and can explain allocation across campaigns, audiences, and markets.
•Experience running or scaling paid social programs in EMEA, including different currencies, buying behaviors, and compliance considerations (e.g., GDPR).
•Analytical and comfortable owning attribution connecting paid social spend to pipeline and revenue beyond CTR and CPL.
•Cross-functional experience aligning spend with where the pipeline opportunity is across regional sales teams.
