Asset Protection Partner

Safeguard Sephora’s assets and help maintain a safe, inclusive in-store environment. Partner with store leaders and the District Asset Protection Manager to implement safety and shrink strategies, monitor and investigate activity using CCTV and reporting tools, respond to incidents by de-escalating professionally, and complete audits and related reports. Spend most of your time on the selling floor, support multiple locations as needed, and represent the company if testimony is required.
