Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own the Q2C roadmap aligned with business strategy.
  • •Design end-to-end Quote to Cash processes with global standardization and drive simplification and automation initiatives.
  • •Serve as functional and architectural SME for Q2C modules; govern releases and feature adoption.
  • •Drive adoption of AI across Q2C modules by designing and integrating AI-driven workflows and intelligent automation.
  • •Lead/support end-to-end Q2C programs including implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and global rollouts with change management and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience in Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) enterprise applications and business processes.
  • •5+ years of experience in sales commissions architecture, implementation, and transformation programs.
  • •Deep understanding of the end-to-end Q2C lifecycle (quoting, pricing, contracting, billing, revenue recognition, and commissions).
  • •Experience leading large-scale Q2C transformation initiatives and partnering with executive stakeholders on target-state architectures and roadmaps.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (master’s preferred).
