Wintel Engineer (Remote Home, GB)

Deliver Wintel engineering work for a long-term Central Government client, implementing and managing complex changes and presenting updates to the Change Advisory Board. Contribute to ITIL-based change reviews, communicate incident resolution information, and proactively self-assign incident tickets. Lead in understanding customer needs and partner with platform and account teams to address requirements, including support for related platform changes such as Storage and Networks.
