Job Summary

Build and enhance Salesforce applications with a focus on scalable web frameworks for desktop and mobile. Partner with architects, lead engineers, and product owners to deliver fast, reliable code, apply object-oriented design patterns, and drive high-quality outcomes with strong testing practices (Java/Apex automation, test strategy, and quality issue resolution). Work within an Agile/Scrum environment to ship new features and improve existing functionality on the force.com platform.

•Build applications on Salesforce with a holistic mindset.
•Plan, design, and implement highly scalable web application frameworks for desktop and mobile.
•Engage with architects and lead engineers to design and implement solutions using object-oriented design patterns.
•Develop and maintain automated test suites and test plans/strategy (including aiming for high test coverage).
•Diagnose, track, and manage quality issues to resolution while collaborating with quality engineers, business analysts, and product owners for delivery.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science or engineering.
•3+ years with a Master’s or 5+ years programming in Java, C, or .net.
•2+ years developing on the force.com platform.
•2+ years of web development experience using server-side technologies plus HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
•Experience with web services (SOAP, REST) and query languages (SOQL or SQL), plus strong database and data modeling fundamentals.
