Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage customer projects and orders from order entry through delivery, invoicing, and project closure.
  • •Lead project execution activities including scope management, progress tracking, risk mitigation, and customer communication.
  • •Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure on-time project delivery.
  • •Manage Delivery-to-Order (DTO), Configure-to-Order (CTO), and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) projects and monitor performance against delivery, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction.
  • •Handle milestone billing/invoicing and act as the primary customer contact for escalations and issue resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • •3-5 years of experience in Project Management, Order Management, Customer Operations, or Customer Support in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience with customer-facing project execution and order-to-cash processes.
  • •Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • •Order Management experience, including DTO/CTO/ETO project execution and stakeholder coordination.
