Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact to resolve client issues for accounts, coordinating with auction teams and stakeholders.
  • •Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns about vehicle condition and/or discrepancies.
  • •Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and manage communication with auction departments to ensure inventory movement and timely reconditioning completion.
  • •Examine vehicles in the sales lineup, complete reconditioning estimates and condition reports/imaging audits to reduce risk of policy loss and goodwill expenses.
  • •Follow Cox safety and reconditioning standards, comply with PII policies, and perform other assigned duties.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field (or equivalent combination of education/experience, including 5 years’ experience).
