Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end program management for the global early career programs including manager training, performance evaluations, onboarding and offboarding, and event management.
  • •Lead cross-functional projects across multiple lines of business and global offices to deliver a consistent, high-quality programmatic experience.
  • •Track initiative progress, measure program ROI, and share regular updates with recruiting and business stakeholders through clear, compelling reports.
  • •Design and facilitate training and support materials for hiring managers, team members, and program partners.
  • •Drive continuous improvements to systems, tools, reporting, and processes, including leveraging AI, to increase efficiency across highly operational program work and peak hiring seasons.
