Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze distribution networks and replenishment structures to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
  • •Develop and evaluate network scenarios using simulations to compare cost and service alternatives.
  • •Improve transportation logic, including routing, modes, and frequencies; identify cost and CO2 reduction opportunities.
  • •Optimize replenishment rules and allocation flows; align inventory planning and logistics requirements.
  • •Support continuous improvement, risk/resilience planning, and long-term strategic network development for EMEA.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • •3–5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, network optimization, or similar analytical roles.
  • •Strong expertise in distribution network design, transportation modeling, and supply chain flow optimization.
  • •Proven experience with scenario modeling, simulation tools, and cost-to-serve analysis.
  • •Advanced analytical skills, including Excel (advanced), plus the ability to translate complex data into decision-ready recommendations.
