•Prepare and manage lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation.
•Monitor rent collection, identify delinquencies, and follow up with tenants on outstanding balances.
•Coordinate and track maintenance and repair requests, ensuring timely resolution through vendor management.
•Build and maintain strong tenant relationships, addressing concerns and resolving issues efficiently.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 800 - 1,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•1+ years of leasing or property management experience within the US residential real estate market.
•Demonstrated experience across leasing, rent collection, tenant communication, and maintenance coordination.
•Working knowledge of US leasing practices, rental agreements, and tenant management processes.
•Experience using US property management platforms such as AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, or similar.
•Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar).
