Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate blow mold machines and supporting equipment to produce quality bottles while minimizing downtime.
  • •Follow production schedules, communicate changes to team members, and perform start-up and shut-down procedures.
  • •Complete daily cleaning, maintain housekeeping, and ensure product safety through cleanliness and notifications of concerns.
  • •Check and monitor quality on assigned machines by identifying visual defects and making appropriate adjustments.
  • •Maintain required documentation for quality checks and testing, process checks, downtime, housekeeping, and data entry; report unsafe acts, conditions, or accidents.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or general education degree, or at least one year manufacturing related experience and/or training.
  • •Ability to start up and shut down all injection machinery and supporting equipment.

  • •Ability to maintain required documentation for quality checks, process checks, downtime, housekeeping, and data entry.
  • •Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently and follow established safety rules while using required PPE.
