Assistant Bank Manager

Lead day-to-day branch operations and help deliver exceptional customer experiences. Coach and develop a team of bankers to achieve sales, service, and operational goals, while supporting the Branch/Market Manager in driving branch performance. Assist customers with transactions, account openings, and financial solutions, and deepen relationships through proactive outreach and cross-selling. Promote digital banking adoption and act as branch leader when needed, ensuring compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
