Job Summary

Field Engineer to install, optimize, and maintain complex mission-critical public safety communication systems (RF, P25, NICE) across multiple sites in the Pacific Northwest. You will troubleshoot hardware/software, configure networks, and collaborate with engineers, project managers, and partners to ensure system availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform installation, optimization, and maintenance on public safety systems including VHF, UHF, and 700/800 radio systems, NG911 infrastructure, and NICE logging systems.
•Execute preventative maintenance with trend analysis and thorough documentation to ensure proper operation.
•Develop technical solutions for complex system implementation, upgrades, or support issues.
•Collaborate with System Managers, Engineering, Project Management, Sales, System Technologists, and partners to design and cut-over advanced communication systems.
•Provide advanced technical support and ensure performance optimization for RF and data infrastructure.

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 85,000 annually
