Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform installation, optimization, and maintenance on public safety systems including VHF, UHF, and 700/800 radio systems, NG911 infrastructure, and NICE logging systems.
  • •Execute preventative maintenance with trend analysis and thorough documentation to ensure proper operation.
  • •Develop technical solutions for complex system implementation, upgrades, or support issues.
  • •Collaborate with System Managers, Engineering, Project Management, Sales, System Technologists, and partners to design and cut-over advanced communication systems.
  • •Provide advanced technical support and ensure performance optimization for RF and data infrastructure.
