Sr. RFIC Design Engineer (RFIC Engineering)

Design, simulate, and model next-generation RF/analog/mixed-signal ICs for Starlink’s space and ground infrastructure. You’ll derive RFIC subsystem specifications, develop RF/microwave circuits in SiGe or CMOS processes, and collaborate with systems, modem/DSP, architecture, and ASIC engineers to partition hardware and software. Own tasks from floorplanning and layout through prototype evaluation, radio performance characterization, and support for test and manufacturing qualification.
