Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide day-to-day full life-cycle recruiting for Inspection Center roles, focused on hourly and leadership positions in local markets.
  • •Plan and execute high-volume recruiting strategies and initiatives.
  • •Lead and develop a team of recruiters through coaching, performance management, engagement, and staffing goal ownership.
  • •Analyze recruiting data and reporting metrics to identify trends, staffing gaps, and opportunities to improve quality of hire and effectiveness.
  • •Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to anticipate hiring needs and continually improve candidate experience, interview practices, funnel-building, and reporting.

Key Requirements
