Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest data from SAP, Salesforce, supplier feeds, and internal sources.
  • •Design and implement dbt transformation models (staging, intermediate, marts) on PostgreSQL and DuckDB.
  • •Ensure data quality through tests, monitoring, anomaly detection, and reconciliation with source systems.
  • •Develop and evolve REST APIs (FastAPI/Python) for data-consuming applications.
  • •Administer the data platform infrastructure (Docker Compose, PostgreSQL 16, Alembic migrations, and CI/CD).

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, or Backend Engineer with a strong data orientation.
  • •Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, window functions, CTEs, and query optimization.
  • •Production-quality Python skills beyond basic scripts.
  • •Experience designing ETL/ELT pipelines (batch/stream), including error handling and idempotence.
  • •Hands-on experience with Docker and Linux command-line proficiency for diagnosing server issues.
