•Persuasively articulate Fifth Third’s value proposition and influence outcomes throughout the sales process.
•Identify client needs and present working capital and treasury management solutions to clients and prospects.
•Develop and execute plans to exceed sales goals, including building and managing a win/loss sales pipeline in the CRM.
•Prepare and deliver quarterly client service reviews and maintain communications with relationship managers.
•Partner with internal specialists and provide timely resolution of client issues, including appropriate documentation and agreement execution.

Key Requirements

•6 years of experience in treasury management or commercial banking sales.
•CTP certification.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Accounting) or equivalent experience.
•Strong client interaction skills with the ability to influence sales outcomes and deliver powerful presentations and negotiation.
•Demonstrated knowledge of treasury management products, working capital management solutions, and financial statement analysis.
