Job Summary

Build and improve ad recommendation and delivery algorithms across recall, coarse and fine ranking, and mixed stages to optimize user experience. Continuously refine deep conversion models to improve LTV, payment rate, and retention, and advance advertising targeting, bidding, and mechanism models for better commercial monetization efficiency. Work with the game technology team supporting online services for overseas game business operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Improve recommendation models and strategies across recall, coarse ranking, fine ranking, and mixed ranking stages to optimize customer experience.
•Optimize deep conversion models to improve prediction accuracy of LTV, payment rate, and retention rate.
•Improve advertising models and strategies across targeting, bidding, and mechanism while enhancing customer experience.
•Improve efficiency of commercial monetization through model and strategy optimization.

Key Requirements

•Have strong foundations in data structures, mathematical statistics, and probability, and excellent coding ability; proficiency in Python/C++/Go is preferred.
•Have a solid theoretical foundation in machine learning/deep learning and proficiency in at least one mainstream deep learning framework.
•Have strong product awareness and focus on product impact as a key driver for work.
•Preferred experience with deep learning models in advertising and recommendation, and preferred experience in bidding products and algorithms.
•Prefer experience in the gaming industry or managing platform-type internet products.
