Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up, inspect, maintain, and sanitize tablet press tooling and associated production equipment to ensure operational readiness.
  • •Monitor tooling and product quality, identify defects, and support corrective actions to maintain compliance with quality standards.
  • •Complete and maintain accurate production documentation, including batch records, tooling checklists, SPC data, and operational logs.
  • •Manage tooling inventory, investigate discrepancies, and ensure availability and integrity of production tooling.
  • •Support manufacturing operations through cross-functional collaboration, employee training, continuous improvement initiatives, and adherence to GMP, SOP, and safety requirements.
