Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble large, complex datasets to meet business functional and non-functional requirements using the medallion architecture.
  • •Design and implement internal process improvements, including infrastructure redesign for scalability, optimized data delivery, and automation via metadata orchestration.
  • •Build data infrastructure for extraction, transformation, and loading from multiple data sources using Microsoft technologies (Azure Data Factory, Fabric, SQL Server, Power BI).
  • •Build analytical tools that leverage the data pipeline to provide actionable insight into key business performance metrics.
  • •Work with stakeholders across data, design, product, and executive teams to support data infrastructure needs and address data-related technical issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • •Ability to build and optimize big data pipelines and data set architectures using Azure Data Factory (ADF).
  • •Ability to perform root cause analysis on external and internal processes and data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • •3–5 years of experience managing BI or a data team.
  • •Ability to build processes supporting data transformation, workload management, data structures, dependencies, and metadata, with excellent written and verbal communication.
