Key Responsibilities

  • •In charge of all grouting operations onboard the vessel and job site, reporting to the Field Engineer and Barge Superintendent.
  • •Operate RCM mixing and jet mixer pump equipment.
  • •Full responsibility over Grout Riggers, Grouting Operators, and the Grout Supervisor assigned for the project.
  • •Issue safety gears to subordinates, control safety gear supply, and conduct toolbox meetings to promote safety awareness.
  • •Apply approved procedures in line with client specifications and ensure grouting equipment and backup spares are available at all times; coordinate maintenance/modifications with the plant workshop.

Key Requirements

  • •High school or equivalent
  • •Good standard of written and spoken English
  • •Minimum 8 years experience, with 5 years relevant experience in plant mechanical works
  • •3-5 years experience operating jet mixer and recirculating continuous mixer (RCM) grout pump operations
  • •Experience with grouting equipment/spares operations and procedures per client specifications
