  • •Make multi-service systems legible at a glance by designing views that clarify connections and dependencies.
  • •Design system-level observability, including aggregated logs, metrics, deploys, and events with effective hierarchy and progressive disclosure.
  • •Design coordinated deployment workflows, including cross-service deployment/rollback and a preview model for safer shipping.
  • •Design and consider all product states, including build errors, failed deploys, and empty states as first-class UX.
  • •Own onboarding from signup to the first successful deploy, and contribute to the platform’s future through concept exploration and design-led discovery.
