Job Summary

Implement and manage a telematics initiative that supports drivers and dispatchers across multiple locations. Coordinate application setup, training, hardware and software maintenance, inventory, and software updates. Troubleshoot software issues with OMG IT or vendors, notify users about updates and maintenance, monitor product usage, and report needs or corrective actions. Serve as a point of contact for Staker Parson and support invoice oversight and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement and manage the telematics initiative, providing hardware and software support for daily driver and dispatcher responsibilities.
•Onboard new drivers and operations staff with application setup, equipment ordering, and training.
•Troubleshoot software issues, coordinate solutions with OMG IT or vendors, and keep staff updated on progress.
•Coordinate software updates and maintenance, notify users of any changes affecting day-to-day processes, and oversee reporting capabilities.
•Conduct hardware check-ins, track inventory and order parts when needed, and maintain organized equipment distribution.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
•OnBase knowledge preferred, with willingness to train.
•Ability to read, comprehend, write correspondence, and present information to customers and employees.
•Must be willing to travel to the field as needed and work nights and weekends when necessary.
