Job Summary

Develop, evolve, and support solutions on the ServiceNow platform in a hybrid client environment. Maintain and improve existing modules, create customizations with ServiceNow components, and build integrations using REST/SOAP/APIs and IntegrationHub. Configure Service Catalog and Service Level Management, participate in AI/automation features, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure technical documentation and production deployment support.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, enhance, and sustain solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring quality, scalability, and adherence to platform best practices.
•Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance of existing modules and propose continuous improvements to optimize processes.
•Build customizations using JavaScript and ServiceNow components such as Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
•Implement and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using REST, SOAP, and other integration technologies.
•Configure and evolve Service Catalog and Service Level Management modules, and contribute to AI and automation features on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Requirements

•ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory.
•Knowledge of developing using JavaScript on the ServiceNow platform.
