Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support end-to-end technical production for town halls, conferences, webcasts, hybrid meetings, and external events.
  • •Serve as a technical lead for internal video, livestreaming, and videoconferencing initiatives, recommending scalable solutions.
  • •Support and maintain enterprise collaboration platforms to ensure reliable user experiences.
  • •Operate and configure live production technologies including video switching, streaming encoders, broadcast audio equipment, and recording platforms.
  • •Perform hands-on setup and real-time technical support, including advanced troubleshooting, documentation, and training for associates and event partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree in a related field required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • •4+ years of experience supporting enterprise audiovisual environments, conference centers, or live event production in a corporate or professional services setting.
  • •Hands-on experience supporting live events, hybrid meetings, and video productions with real-time troubleshooting.
  • •Ability to lead technical execution for live events, coordinate rehearsals, manage production workflows, and support presenters and stakeholders.
  • •Experience with live production technologies and workflows, including video switching platforms such as Tricaster, plus livestreaming and recording solutions.
