Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage commercial contracting (Distribution, Agency, Franchising, License, JV) plus Real Estate and Supply Chain agreements, from drafting/review through negotiation, supporting business and corporate functions.
  • •Provide legal support to business functions for operational and strategic needs.
  • •Support client/partner/supplier negotiations and relationship management, including at international level.
  • •Identify and assess key legal risks and propose pragmatic, business-aligned solutions.
  • •Collaborate with external counsel (Italian and international where needed) and contribute to legal templates, guidelines, and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Law.
  • •Bar admission (abilitazione alla professione forense) and prior professional practice are a preferred requirement.
  • •At least 6 years of experience in law firms and/or in-house Legal departments.
  • •Experience with national and international contract work.
  • •Strong business-oriented negotiation, communication, and stakeholder relationship skills, with excellent English (French preferred).
