  • •Oversee operations, maintenance, and safety of gas and chemical distribution systems to ensure maximum uptime.
  • •Monitor 3rd-party maintenance provider performance and report KPIs.
  • •Coordinate with planning, construction, safety, service providers, building owners, and management to meet requirements and minimize downtime.
  • •Troubleshoot issues using 8D root-cause analysis and ensure systems operate to design specifications.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
  • •2–5 years of semiconductor or high-purity hazardous gas facilities management experience, or 7+ years facilities management experience.
  • •Working experience as a facilities engineer in the semiconductor industry.
  • •Knowledge of gas distribution systems and PLC-based controls systems, and local Fire, Building, and Environmental codes.
  • •Strong analytical skills, with experience using SPC and root-cause/problem-solving tools such as 8D, DMAIC, and FMEA.
