Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop reports and dashboards to provide operational insights, support day-to-day operations, and drive cost savings and efficiency.
  • •Monitor reporting suites and deliver monthly reports with actionable insights to the leadership team.
  • •Research and propose enhancements to business processes using advanced analytical solutions.
  • •Communicate and present insights to relevant stakeholders across the Operations division.
  • •Manage user acceptance testing and roll-out of new reporting systems and upgrades to meet business requirements with minimal defects.

Key Requirements

  • •Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or data science.
  • •5+ years of relevant experience designing, implementing, and maintaining dashboards.
  • •Strong experience with SQL (must-have).
  • •Experience using GitHub or similar tools for code management.
  • •Preferred: experience in digital or analytics roles in the airline/aviation operational areas.
