Key Responsibilities

  • •Support branch operations and perform teller transactions as needed to ensure smooth daily functionality.
  • •Act as a backup to the Area Manager and partner with internal experts (e.g., Financial Advisors and Mortgage Bankers) to connect clients to resources.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in retail banking with strong understanding of banking products.
  • •Proven success building customer relationships and delivering customer service.
  • •Ability to adhere to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • •Ability to multitask between customer engagement and operational needs.
