Job Summary

Manage shipping and receiving operations for industrial supplies at the Deer Park facility. Review incoming manifests and shipping documents, prepare and sign off on outgoing manifests, and assist with unloading trucks and merchandise check-in. Process orders, pack and open crates/bales/totes, maintain inventory controls with computer records, and help resolve purchase order overages, shortages, and damages while keeping the warehouse safe, clean, and organized.

Key Responsibilities

•Review incoming manifests and shipping documents and verify cargo received.
•Prepare and review/sign off on departing transfers and deliveries, including outgoing equipment manifests.
•Assist shipping and receiving by unloading trucks and checking in merchandise.
•Process orders by pulling materials, packing, and placing orders in the delivery area.
•Maintain inventory accuracy and controls, including receiving checks and documentation of inventory moves.

•Must own tools applicable to the position.
•Mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of hand and power tools, plus schematics and diagrams.

•Ability to work safely with ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles, and maintain body agility.
•Ability to communicate and receive detailed information through oral communication.
