Key Responsibilities

  • •Communicate effectively and sensitively with students, parents, and staff (written, email, phone, and in person).
  • •Establish and maintain constructive working relationships with others over time.
  • •Support reception staff and the attendance officer regarding students’ whereabouts.
  • •Safeguard and promote the welfare of students.
  • •Maintain accurate, timely, approved pastoral information and manage attendance, punctuality, interventions, and rewards, including uploading reward certificates to ePraise and printing them for Heads of Year and Heads of Key Stage.

Key Requirements

  • •School leavers certificate or an educational equivalent.
  • •English and Mathematics to GCSE (or equivalent).
  • •Relevant experience in a front of house assistant, secretary, clerical, office, or administration assistant role.
  • •Computer literate, including use of iSAMS, Microsoft, Canva, or other design programmes.
  • •Commitment to continuing professional development (CPD).
