Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality service while maintaining compliance with HSE standards and Safety to Perform (STP) processes.
  • •Lead and mentor field crews; ensure equipment readiness, inventory management, crew planning, and timely closure of maintenance and operational issues.
  • •Oversee production enhancement operations by ensuring crew competency, contract adherence, proper equipment calibration, and complete operational documentation.
  • •Coordinate safe operations by confirming equipment/crew readiness, validating job requirements and calculations, managing operational deviations, and facilitating stakeholder communication.
  • •Complete post-job reporting and documentation, process job tickets for invoicing, and validate crew competencies and lifting certifications while reporting equipment deficiencies and repair needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum two-year technical degree.
  • •At least 5 years of hands-on onshore or offshore oilfield service experience in pressure pumping and production enhancement operations.
  • •Competence with pressure pumping, manifold systems, and wellsite treating lines.
  • •Good computer literacy for logging data and managing reports.
  • •High knowledge of the Oil and Gas industry with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
