Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure efficient, consistent delivery to the client.
  • •Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip, while forecasting and updating milestones.
  • •Verify project governance, processes, and systems are used effectively and ensure application of best practices across projects.
  • •Monitor multiple construction projects to ensure approved design standards are applied correctly, and manage interfaces between suppliers and design teams.
  • •Produce formal project status reports and support owners, architects, general contractors, and regional stakeholders, including rapid RFIs response and constructability/cost-control guidance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, mechanical engineering, or an applicable related bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of relevant project management experience working with mechanical systems in the built environment.
  • •Background working in design or construction with mechanical or BMS controls experience.
  • •Proficiency managing construction documents including specifications, contract drawings, equipment submittals, and RFIs.
  • •Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, Project, and Smartsheets.
