Job Summary

Support and coordinate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365FO) and ERP managed service, support, and implementation projects. Partner with functional consultants, developers, and client stakeholders to deliver project milestones on time. Track schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and deliver clear customer communication through governance calls, reporting, and documentation. Assist with change management, escalation handling, and continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in planning, executing, and managing D365FO or other ERP projects focused on managed services, support, and implementations
•Coordinate with cross-functional teams (functional consultants, developers, and stakeholders) to deliver project milestones
•Track project schedules, budgets, risks, and resources and ensure alignment with client expectations
•Maintain clear client communication, providing updates, handling queries, and managing expectations
•Prepare project documentation and support compliance with processes, quality standards, change management, and issue resolution

Key Requirements

•5-6 years of project management experience in D365FO or another ERP
•Strong exposure to managed service, support, and/or implementation projects in ERP environments
•Good understanding of D365FO modules, integrations, and deployment lifecycles
•Awareness of issue tracking, support processes, and client reporting
•Excellent communication, stakeholder management, coordination, and organizational skills
