Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and execute the KYC Banking & Screening Process and Credit rating process using Standard Operating Procedures.
  • •Interpret KYC-related documents and capture information into the appropriate application.
  • •Follow agreed standardized operational and administrative procedures and ensure process compliance.
  • •Provide English narrative with proper grammar and sentence structure.
  • •Act as subject matter expert, conduct and lead training programs, and attend team meetings/customer calls to gather feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in banking BPO is preferred.
  • •University degree or equivalent required; 3+ years of formal studies of Accounting & Commerce graduates.
  • •1+ year of experience using a Windows PC with keyboard navigation and using software tools.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively in English (oral and written) with clients.
  • •Ability to work scheduled shifts Monday–Friday 02:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
