Key Responsibilities

  • •Design interviewer systems to train, measure effectiveness, calibrate quality over time, and raise hiring standards (e.g., Interviewer 101 and hiring manager training).
  • •Own interviewer pool health and strategies, including maintaining a well-mapped pool and managing AI and experimental interview formats.
  • •Build programs to onboard and enable new recruiters so the team operates at a high level.
  • •Provide program management support for specialty hiring motions such as internal mobility and M&A integration.
  • •Develop cross-functional playbooks and recruiting infrastructure to improve consistency, clarity, and scale across the recruiting organization.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 195,000 annually
