Design, build, and scale recruiting programs that define how talent is sourced, evaluated, and hired. Partner with recruiters, recruiting operations, People, Finance, Comms, and senior leadership to deliver high-priority initiatives including interviewer systems, interviewer pool health, recruiter onboarding, specialty hiring programs, and cross-functional playbooks. Work from offices on anchor days (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays) in either San Francisco or New York City, blending strategic direction with operational precision.

Key Responsibilities

•Design interviewer systems to train, measure effectiveness, calibrate quality over time, and raise hiring standards (e.g., Interviewer 101 and hiring manager training).
•Own interviewer pool health and strategies, including maintaining a well-mapped pool and managing AI and experimental interview formats.
•Build programs to onboard and enable new recruiters so the team operates at a high level.
•Provide program management support for specialty hiring motions such as internal mobility and M&A integration.
•Develop cross-functional playbooks and recruiting infrastructure to improve consistency, clarity, and scale across the recruiting organization.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 195,000 annually

•5+ years of relevant experience in program management, recruiting operations, or a highly cross-functional role in a fast-moving environment.
•Strong project management skills to lead complex initiatives from scoping through execution across stakeholders, timelines, and competing priorities.
•Ability to operate with high agency—move fast, take ownership end-to-end, and start even without perfect information.
•Comfort with ambiguity and complexity, creating structure where it’s needed to drive momentum.
•Proven discretion and high judgment on sensitive or high-profile work, with strong analytical and communication skills.
