Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and own the Design Management Plan to ensure clear structure and delivery.
  • •Coordinate across multiple engineering and strategy disciplines and align design activities with teams and contractors.
  • •Act as the central point of contact between Design & Build contractors, stakeholders, and leadership teams.
  • •Oversee design coordination end-to-end, including reviews, workshops, and consistency across packages.
  • •Manage design risks, issues, and changes; coordinate RFIs/submittals/technical approvals and support design deliverables and QC activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Engineering (BSc / MSc or equivalent experience).
  • •Proven experience as a Lead Engineer or Design Manager within an EPC environment.
  • •Strong technical project management experience in complex, multidisciplinary environments.
  • •Solid knowledge of cooling systems and electrical distribution/transmission (essential).
  • •Fluent in Spanish and English.
